Each person may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited, and if proven, all associated accounts and their balances will be cancelled.

Account Security

Section 3 — Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

  • The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (for each method).
  • Deposited funds must be sent from a payment account registered in your own name.

Withdrawal Terms

  • The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
  • Withdrawals can only be made to the payment method from which the most recent deposit was made.
  • Withdrawal processing is generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
  • Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended if identity verification has not been completed.
  • Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing earnings from bonus funds.
  • Withdrawals may be held if unusual or suspicious activity is detected.

Section 4 — Bonus and Promotion Policy

Specific terms apply to bonuses and promotional offers.

Welcome Bonus

The r555 welcome bonus is a 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000.

Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing funds received from a bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount.

  • Wagering requirement: bonus amount × 15.
  • Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.
  • Not all games may contribute equally to wagering calculations.
  • Certain games or bet types may be excluded from wagering.

Bonus Abuse

The following activities will be considered bonus abuse and will result in cancellation of the bonus and any associated earnings:

  • Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts.
  • Coordinating with multiple individuals with the aim of collectively circumventing bonus terms.
  • Using fake or borrowed payment accounts for the purpose of receiving a bonus.

Section 5 — VIP Program

The r555 VIP program is divided into five tiers, with different benefits provided at each tier.

VIP Tiers and Weekly Cashback

Through regular play, users can advance to higher VIP tiers. The maximum weekly cashback rate for each tier is listed below:

  • Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
  • Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
  • Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
  • Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
  • Diamond: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

r555 reserves the right to change VIP membership benefits. Specific conditions apply to receiving cashback and other benefits, which can be learned from the support team. VIP tier demotion may occur if there is no activity within a set period.

Section 6 — Prohibited Activities and Fair Play

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Committing any form of fraud or deception on the platform.
  • Attempting to influence game outcomes using software or bots.
  • Using an account for the purpose of money laundering.
  • Attempting to harass or harm other users.
  • Deliberately exploiting system vulnerabilities or errors.
  • Using false identities or documents.

Section 10 — Account Suspension and Cancellation

Reasons for Account Suspension

r555 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend or cancel any account under any of the following circumstances:

  • Bonus abuse or attempts at fraud.

In the event of account cancellation, if no breach of terms has occurred, any valid balance will be returned. The balance may be held during the period of investigation.
